The singer and keyboardist Jarrod Lawson, based in Nashville, returns with a third album rich in unprecedented collaborations, exploring new sounds beyond his soul and jazz roots. Two singles have already been released from it: "Next Move," a track with 90's sonorities released in 2024, a duet with singer Raquel Rodriguez (No. 1 on the US R&B/Soul Urban Influencer Top 30 chart and the UK Soul Chart), and the atmospheric slow jam "Do Whatchu Gotta," co-written with French chill-hop artist Rose Noir. Among the other collaborations, we find the festive funk track "Laugh At Yourself" with Grammy-nominated Eric Roberson; the driving groove of "Let Your Heart" and the touching ballad "I'd Do It Again," with New York producer Carrtoons and rapper JSwiss. The album also includes "There Can Only Be One" with American soul singer Allen Stone and "Head-On" with rapper Don Smith.
