With his 1963 album One Step Beyond, he forged a distinctive sound with a unique quintet composed of Grachan Moncur III, Bobby Hutcherson, Eddie Kahn, and Tony Williams. Blue Note Classic Vinyl stereo edition, all-analog, mastered by K. Gray from the original tapes and pressed on 180g vinyl.
