PIANO COMPOSED IVORY

Contains 10 new piano compositions. With this collection, he adopts a different approach from the first two, which were unique piano improvisations. His friend BT encouraged him to compose one piano piece every day. Over time, Howard accumulated about 15 to 20 pieces he thought he could develop. During lockdown, he spent several months refining these pieces into ten finalized tracks he was happy with. These ten tracks are featured on the LP vinyl record "Piano Composed Ivory" from this album. Subsequently, Howard spent a day with a Spirio piano at the Steinway showroom in London. Following what he experienced that day, Howard sold his old Steinway D piano and bought the Steinway Spirio. This Steinway Spirio piano allowed him to add octaves, sometimes several, and create pieces impossible to play physically without five or six hands! The result is a kind of evolution of the original Ivory pieces, which Howard named "Piano Composed Spirio." There are therefore two different versions of these compositions: "Piano Composed Ivory" available on vinyl, and this alternative version "Piano Composed Spirio" available on CD.
