There are events that occur, we don't know why, they just happen. In November 2019, Henri Dès suffered a cardiac arrest that could have been fatal, but let's go back a few months earlier, before this event, when Henri would get up every night around four in the morning, driven by a frenzy of songwriting... but not for children. He would later say he didn't quite understand what happened but felt an indefinable sense of urgency at that time to put those words on paper. Premonition? Perhaps, a momentary return to his first loves, namely songs for adults? The need to cast his gaze on our time and his fellow human beings after a full life? Certainly, but no matter, the songs exist and the desire to engrave them on vinyl (and on CD) is very much there!
