Strangers Again - White Vinyl

Description

With the rock'n'roll flair of a dive bar matador and the emotional force of a knife in the gut, Hemi Hemingway creates music that resonates, overturns, and breaks hearts. The effortlessly cool New Zealand star has the ear of a connoisseur for the finest parts of music history, sweeping through the rock of the 60s, the shine of the 50s, and the romance of the 80s into the present, renovating and reshaping them into something new and fresh. The debut LP "Strangers Again" is the sound of a starry-eyed dreamer facing the shock of meeting destiny head-on and finding their place in the tumult of life. It brings together slow-burning ballads, epic and thunderous rock songs for the soundtrack of the sky falling. But it is much more than that, a thoughtful and sincere exploration of modern themes, of a relationship with a world that sometimes lifts you up, sometimes lets you down, and everything in between.
