Heath Green possesses a soulful, gritty voice, full of that good old Southern US soul. Originally from Alabama, he long remained the best-kept secret of the local indie scene. Now, thanks to his excellent band The Makeshifters, he’s breathing new life into the region’s musical heritage and traditions.
