Recorded in August 1957, this opus was not available on Blue Note until 1984. For the occasion, the quintet featured the cream of the crop of musicians from that era, including Kenny Dorham (Trumpet), Jimmy Rowser (Double Bass), Sonny Clark (Piano), and the metronomic Art Taylor (Drums).
