City Talk is the new self-produced album from Zac Farro's band Halfnoise. City Talk is released via Congrats Records, Farro's artist collective in Nashville, and follows the critically acclaimed 2021 album Motif. Farro, perhaps best known as the drummer for Paramore, has been honing his skills outside of his main gig for years now. He has released a steady stream of Halfnoise music, produced and played with Becca Mancari and Elke, for Paramore, Hayley Williams. Halfnoise and he is an accomplished photographer — he released a photo book in 2020, In Transit, and has photographed his bands and others, including local natives who currently use Farro's images as promotional photos. The LP includes a gatefold sleeve and an exclusive neon green LP.
