NÃĐ Ã Belleville
Description
A travers onze chansons, le crooner-acteur-musicien se raconte, en filigrane, avec tendresse et nostalgie Jacques Pessis nous présente le nouvel album de Guy Marchand. “A crooner is someone who can arrive on stage saying I am alone, sad and old, but I am cool.” The art of living well by Guy Marchand corresponds to one of the titles of this album in the form of a self-portrait, which resembles him. He has never stopped talking about love, as he says in “J’aime,” “Hôtel du Nord” and “Eternel amant.” “Chanteur de charme” allows him to add that at a little over four times 20 years, a woman's smile still disarms him. “La Passionnata” was already very present in his heart, when as a child he drew hearts with a penknife, in Belleville, where he already preferred musical notes to those of teachers whose classes he regularly skipped. He was, however, very present in the dark rooms of the neighborhood where he discovered stars that made him dream, without imagining that one day, he too would become an actor. However, he does not make cinema when he evokes his afterlife. In “Chanteur de charme,” he assures that nothing will remain of him, of what he calls his “elevator music.” Lucid, he assures that the wind carries away the scores. Except, when, like his, they have many assets to remain in the air of time. Long, long after the interpreter has disappeared... (Album produced by Ludovic Beier)Buy NÃĐ Ã Belleville at the best price
