In 2006, Grizzly Bear released the album Yellow House, a progressive and dazzling journey with a strange charm. Today, after an EP -Friend-, a tour with Radiohead, opening for TV On The Radio and Feist, and concerts with a philharmonic orchestra in Hollywood, they are back in 2010 for their 3rd album! Ed Droste (singer and songwriter), Christopher Bear (drummer), Chris Taylor (woodwind and bassist), and Daniel Rossen (singer, songwriter, and guitarist) recorded the album Veckatimest over 6 months in 3 different locations, no less. The result exceeds all expectations: complex and intense vocals, adventurous production, and addictive compositions. An album crafted as a group, and it shows!
