Callus

Description

After Mu.Zz.Le released in 2012, Gonjasufi is back this summer with his new album Callus. Composer, rapper, and producer of this new gem, Gonjasufi has surrounded himself well and has collaborated, among others, with The Cure's guitarist, Pearl Thompson. It is between his desert home in California and Las Vegas that the artist wrote and recorded his new work over four years. The latest track released, "Maniac Depressant," sets the tone. Callus is a true unveiling. The album is sensitive, cathartic, and results from a meeting between pain and anger. There are 12 other evocative tracks including "The Conspiracy," "Poltergeist," and "Last Nightmare."
