This record, which includes the hit "You," embraces a wide range of emotions experienced during the creation of the tracks, whether it's the sadness of breakups, the stress of moving, the excitement of touring, or the joy of being surrounded by friends and family. Using his Akai MPC2000XL, Derwin also blends genres, from gently nostalgic psychedelic electro pop to catchy minimalist house, along with touches of folktronica, chillwave, techno, and glitch hop.
