It accompanies our journeys, adorns them, or sometimes even makes them possible: when our feet are trapped, our spirit cannot be captive. Geysir, an analog duo, explores all possible facets of displacement. Memories created through the discovery of the unknown, as well as forced transits or exiles in search of something different. "Malsamaj," the title of this album, highlights this point, with its literal translation being "different" in Esperanto. In this far-from-insignificant choice, they clarify their intentions. Earth as a starting point, illustrating life paths, however varied they may be. Sometimes turbulent journeys, migratory exile in search of hope.
