"These Actions Cannot Be Undone" is the brilliant album from two friends who wanted to try something different musically. The result is a collection of epic and exploratory songs that stand out from their esteemed work with Arab Strap and The Twilight Sad. The two companions, who have been friends for years, can trace the roots of Gentle Sinners back to the dark days of February 2021, when the United Kingdom was in the midst of its third lockdown, COVID-19 case numbers remained very high, and the future of live music was still precarious. Graham was about to uproot his life in Glasgow, his longtime residence, to move to the northeast of Scotland, but he met Moffat shortly before leaving.
