Description

With 'Dans la Maison', Garance Midi seeks to assert their sonic identity – a blend of acoustic instruments and electronic MIDI sounds for French bedroom pop – and their creative process: building on the EP experience, the band wants to continue their DIY philosophy to demystify the music production process. By surrounding themselves with mentors who show and explain rather than execute themselves, by experimenting to advance through trial and error, and by self-training, the members of Garance Midi want to create their music from start to finish. It's intimate bedroom pop, comforting like a thick blanket in winter.
