A year ago, Andy Gill, the mastermind of the combo, initiated a rebirth of this legendary group. To do this, he called John 'Gaoler' Sterry on vocals, Thomas McNiece on bass, Jonny Finnegan on drums (replacing drummer Mark Heaney), and a choice singer to lend her voice to a few tracks: Alison Mosshart (The Kills, The Dead Weather). Renowned guests also participate in the adventure, such as Gail Ann Dorsey, Robbie Furze from The Big Pink, and Japanese 'guitar hero' Hotei, plus German musician and actor Herbert Grönemeyer.
