After releasing a demo in 2020 and going into hibernation for a few years, only poking their heads out for occasional gigs, Perth's Gaffer are releasing their debut LP. And it doesn't disappoint! They've cooked up twelve tracks of hard punk and post-punk that recall the UK scenes of the 80s. Bricks, mortar, boots, rain, production lines and pubs. However, not much has changed and the content of this record is remarkably modern. It addresses the overwhelming stagnation that surrounds life, work, and wages today.
