High on Lies/Orange & Black Marbled Vinyl

Description

Flat Earth’s electrifying second album, High On Lies, delivers a powerful blend of incisive riffs, haunting melodies, and raw emotion. The band fuses alternative rock and metal into a dynamic soundscape, steeped in truth, distortion, and rebellion. Powerful, melodic, and passionate, Flat Earth is a hard rock band from Helsinki, Finland, founded by former Amorphis bassist Niclas Etelävuori, former HIM guitarist Linde Lindstrom, former HIM drummer Gas Lipstick, and Polanski singer Anthony Pikkarainen. The band creates powerful riffs, explosive rhythms, and cinematic chords that come together to form an unrelenting, passionate, and dynamic sound. Their first single, “Blame,” was premiered on Radio Rock in 2018 and immediately met with great success in Finland and the rest of Europe. The single “Cyanide” followed in the footsteps of their first single’s success, meeting with great public acclaim and earning them the chance to open for Alice in Chains in Helsinki. To date, it has amassed more than half a million streams on Spotify. In early 2019, the band entered the studio to record the follow-up to their debut album, None for One. This time, they worked with legendary producer Tim Palmer.
