Formed in 1965 in San Francisco, then under the name The Chosen Few, the Flamin' Groovies left their mark on rock history within 10 years. Considered by some connoisseurs to be the greatest rock band in history, their singles include true underground anthems such as "Teenage Head," "Shake Some Action," and "Jumpin' in the Night." The band broke up in the 1980s to focus on other solo projects, but reformed in 2017 for a new studio album, a true event for all 60s & 70s rock fans!
