COME THIS MADNESS

Description

The band’s 12th studio album, Come This Madness, is their most powerful and uncompromising statement to date. It is set for release on September 25 via Silver Lining Music / Hell & Back Recordings. Formed in Stockholm in 1983, Europe has remained one of rock’s most enduring pillars. Its classic lineup — Joey Tempest, John Norum, Mic Michaeli, John Levén and Ian Haugland — has been at the heart of the band’s identity for more than 40 years. Propelled into the global spotlight with the multi-platinum album The Final Countdown, they have sold more than 15 million albums worldwide. An uncompromising evolution Europe has seen it all. They have always moved forward, never standing still, and today, they are rising once again. With their new album Come This Madness, they continue to defy expectations by evolving and adapting, always without the slightest compromise. Through tracks like “One on One,” “The Cult of Ignorance” and the title track “Come This Madness,” the band channels tension, truth and raw energy into a record that is both deeply personal and universal. The collaboration with Tom Dalgety Come This Madness was recorded at RMV Studio under the guidance of renowned producer Tom Dalgety. A true creative force throughout the process, Dalgety threw himself body and soul into the writing and recording, shaping the album’s sound from its very inception. With Come This Madness, Europe delivers a landmark album that shows them more accomplished and present than ever, facing the world as it is.
