Formed in 1984, Fields Of The Nephilim is first and foremost the brainchild of vocalist and leader Carl McCoy. Particularly influential, especially in goth circles but also in metal and electronic genres, Fields Of The Nephilim’s legacy lives on today. Beggars Arkive is reissuing ‘The Nephilim’, first released in 1988 via Situation Two/Beggars Banquet and never repressed on vinyl until now. This new version is pressed on gold-coloured double vinyl and augmented with three bonus tracks in addition to the original tracklist (including the legendary ‘Moonchild’).
