REPLICANT
Description
After an incursion into the world of Stanley Kubrick, the planet’s most rock and cinephile jazz quartet decides to imagine a musical spin-off of Blade Runner. Festen’s cinematic music tries to break free from structures and norms in the name of a raw, realistic, almost nervous discourse. Jazz, then, but one that has succumbed to the harsh seductions of rock’n’roll, that has embraced its adolescence and served it back up in compositions that are as original as they are energetic. By offering Replicant, their latest project, Festen reaches its ultimate approach: making us experience images through music.Buy REPLICANT at the best price
