A Fela Kuti 6 LP exclusive boxset, curated by Idriss Elba, now available! This vinyl box set was curated by actor, producer, DJ, rapper, and singer Idris Elba, aka DJ Big Driis. The box set features “Open & Close,” “Music of Many Colors,” “Stalemate,” “I Go Shout Plenty!!!,” “Live In Amsterdam,” and “Opposite People.” Each album cover has been meticulously reproduced from the original vinyl pressings, along with vintage vinyl label artwork. The box set is a limited edition of 5,000 worldwide. It includes a 24-page booklet featuring lyrics, commentary by afrobeat historian Chris May, and never-before-seen photos, plus a 16x24 inch poster designed by Lemi Ghariokwu, who designed many of Fela’s original album covers. Previous box set curators include Chris Martin, Erykah Badu, Ginger Baker, Brian Eno, and Questlove.
