Description

FAUVE is an open collective. A CORP. The members of FAUVE are bound by a shared understanding of Life and People. FAUVE fucks human relationships that are fucked, undoes defeatism, hates hatred and is ashamed of shame. FAUVE firmly adheres to the belief that Love can take the prize in this strange world. FAUVE is desperately optimistic. FAUVE started in 2010, through the writing of songs born from a shared and urgent need to empty out the overflow with as few constraints as possible. Hence the French, hence the lyrics, hence the spoken word. FAUVE then gradually grew. It surrounded itself with support, it developed eyes and perspectives, to extend the meaning of the tracks across other media. The project now has 5 permanent members. FAUVE has not yet reached adulthood: other contributors continue to bring to the project, episodically but just as loyally (photography, texts, illustrations, etc.). These are also considered an integral part of the CORP, even if nothing is formalized. FAUVE is an open door day and night, a shoulder and an ear. FAUVE is whoever wants it. And who knows, maybe tomorrow there will be many of us?
