The album follows Perpetual Motion People (2015), the first characteristic opus of an artist in perpetual search, transition, and transformation. Transangelic Exodus was recorded largely in the studio of producer and saxophonist Tim Sandusky in Chicago. The DNA of the production remains intact, a polished and captivating garage punk, between The Velvet Underground, Jonathan Richman, and 50s rock'n'roll.
