Released in 2022, "In The Mountains" is the first live album by the Norwegian jazz piano ensemble Espen Eriksen Trio, and their second album in collaboration with British jazz saxophonist Andy Sheppard. Five of its seven tracks were recorded during two performances for Norway's Nasjonal Jazzscene in 2018 and 2020, with the other two tracks coming from shows in Oslo and Poznan.
