World Beyond

Description

A post-classical reworking of the album World Be Gone gives birth to World Beyond ERASURE, the band led by Andy Bell and Vince Clarke for more than thirty years, release their new album, World Beyond via Mute. This project is a post-classical reworking of their previous album World Be Gone. To do so, ERASURE enlisted Echo Collective, a collective of post-classical musicians from Brussels. The tracks thus reworked take on a new dimension, in a dreamy atmosphere aimed at sharing their reflection on the current world and recent political upheavals. Despite their reputation as a synthpop band, this collaboration is a natural follow-up to the band’s EP The Two Ring Circus, released in 1987, which already featured several orchestral interpretations.
