It was shortly after their famous August 1970 performance at the Isle of Wight Festival in front of over 600,000 people that ELP released their revolutionary debut album "Emerson, Lake & Palmer". The first CD is the 24-bit / High Density 2012 remaster of this legendary 1970 album, by the master of rock remastering: Andy Pearce. The second disc contains the "Stereo Mix" by Steve Wilson (from the 2012 remaster) of the original album, and includes 4 bonus tracks from the original album sessions as well as 4 alternative versions to the versions present on this album. The booklet contains brand new interviews - from 2016 - of Keith Emerson & Greg Lake by legendary rock journalist Chris Welch.
