Rites Of Disclosure is a special release designed as the final companion to conclude the famous Reader of the Runes trilogy by Elvenking. Bringing together original tracks previously only available digitally, two unreleased songs, and a meticulous selection of covers paying homage to major influences (such as Iron Maiden, Skyclad, Bathory, Children of Bodom, and King Diamond), this album serves as both an epilogue and a tribute.Musically, it spans the entire spectrum of Elvenking (from folk-acoustic passages to epic and dark metal atmospheres) while delivering, lyrically, the final chapter of the saga. Marked by the participation of Tony "The Demolition Man" Dolan and Snowy Shaw, Rites Of Disclosure is less a traditional studio album than a ceremonial closing statement, before the band embarks on a new creative era.
