"Rites Of Disclosure" is a special release that closes the long "Reader of the Runes" trilogy by Elvenking. This album brings together original tracks previously available only in digital format, two new songs, and a carefully chosen selection of covers paying homage to major influences such as Iron Maiden, Skyclad, Bathory, Children of Bodom, and King Diamond. It functions both as an epilogue and a tribute.
Musically, it covers the entire Elvenking spectrum — from acoustic folk passages to epic and dark atmospheres — while delivering the final chapter of the saga. With appearances by Tony “The Demolition Man” Dolan and Snowy Shaw, "Rites Of Disclosure" presents itself less as a traditional studio album and more as a ceremonial closing statement before the band embarks on a new creative era.
