In May 1977, Elton John took the stage at the legendary Rainbow Theatre in London with Ray Cooper for a series of 6 concerts.It was during this tour that Elton performed "Roy Rogers", "Cage The Songbird", "Idol" and "I Feel Like A Bullet (In The Gun Of Robert Ford)" for the first time. This CD edition includes an unreleased bonus track, "Goodbye", as well as the original tracklist selected by Elton and an additional 8-page booklet.
