The keyboard virtuoso and his trio will present their new European project in 2026. Edgar Knecht launched his project 19 years ago. Since then, his journey has been like a fairy tale: thanks to his inimitable blend of classical music, jazz, and world music, Knecht achieved resounding international success at the legendary Havana Jazz Festival, before touring across Europe, the United States, and as far as Asia. His trilogy of German folk songs was hailed by critics as "one of the most beautiful and enchanting jazz albums of recent years," climbing the German jazz charts and appearing on numerous "Best Albums of the Year" lists.
