E.B. The Younger, leader of the band Midlake, is embarking on a solo career with his first album. Eric Brandon Pulido describes To Each His Own as a very personal album, drawing inspiration from warm folk/rock. Through his lyrics, he reflects on his place in the world and the consequences of the choices he has made. Across eleven tracks, Pulido takes you on a journey through his musical exploration post-Midlake. The project features Pulido on vocals and acoustic guitar, Joey McClellan on electric guitar, McKenzie Smith on drums, Jesse Chandler on flute, Scott Lee on bass, Daniel Creamer on keyboards, and Beau Bedford. The album thus includes members of Midlake and BNQT, as well as the Texas Gentlemen. Bedford is also the primary producer, and Matt Pence is the sound engineer for this record.
