VINYL REISSUE OF 3RD ALBUM2LP INCLUDING 4 UNRELEASED TRACKSVinyl reissue of Dooz Kawa's third album (a confidential pressing of 300 copies was released in 2016, sold only at concerts), Bohemian Rap Story, the album that marked a turning point in the rapper's career, the one that launched Dooz Kawa on a tour of over 18 months across France, Switzerland, and Belgium, followed by another tour with Davodka to celebrate his 4th album (Contes Cruels) and a sold-out show at La Cigale in April 2018. Bohemian Rap Story, like his 2 previous albums and 2 EPs, still leans East, towards the Balkans more precisely, in an underground version, where black or white cats dance to the rhythm of gypsies so that life remains a miracle. Until this album, Dooz Kawa wasn't keen on features (there would also be very few on his fourth album, Contes Cruels, released at the end of 2017) but for Bohemian Rap Story he collaborates with MCs (Lucio Bukowski, Anton Serra, Hippocampe Fou, Dah Connectah) whose voices adapt perfectly to the instrumentals and his flow. The cover, superbly created by the Spanish artist DULK, offers some dreamscapes here and there through its nooks, backs, undersides, almost violet blues, and almost pink violets. One gets lost in it as in Dooz Kawa's music, in a cruel naivety, an imaginary world with real feelings. Side D of this double vinyl offers 4 unreleased tracks.
