Sings Blazing Ballads
Description
Grammy Award-winning blues, R&B, and jazz singer Dinah Washington (1924-1963), the "Queen of the Black Jukebox," left behind a tumultuous life after an overdose at the age of 39. During this short period, an explosive mix of undeniable talent and insecurity led her to the heights of fame. *Dinah Sings Blazing Ballads* is a new compilation of her best ballads, featuring her alongside stars such as Clark Terry, Cannonball Adderley, Wynton Kelly, and orchestras led by Quincy Jones and Don Costa.Buy Sings Blazing Ballads at the best price
