After several notable collaborations on the British drum & bass scene, Paul Elliott and Dan Smith bring together their sensibilities under the name Dilemma to release A River Without Banks, their first joint album. Designed as a journey through the different facets of the genre, the record alternates liquid rhythms, cinematic atmospheres, and deeper incursions, while highlighting the guest vocals of BCee, Sydney Bryce, Leo Wood, Charli Brix, and Evita Koné. Without limiting itself to a single style, the thirteen tracks favor melodic compositions where electronic textures and bass lines balance with particularly refined writing. Released by Spearhead Records, A River Without Banks is available in a limited double vinyl edition of 200 copies, with high-resolution 24-bit mastering and a release supervised by the label founded by BCee.
