Dick Dale & His Del-Tones was a surf-rock band from Southern California. Considered one of the first (if not the first) surf bands, the group was led by guitarist/singer Dick Dale. Formed in the late 1950s, the band was extremely popular in its own territory. "Surfer's Choice," (most of which was recorded live) was released in 1962 on Deltone Records.
