After reissuing five of his albums last year, the tireless beatmaker Degiheugi now completes the grand retrospective of his past discography by announcing the release of his first two albums, in fully remixed and remastered versions, available on vinyl for the first time. It is in a new light that purists will be able to (re)discover his first album "Aquilon", released in 2005, which oscillates between instrumental hip-hop, breakbeat and electronic spleen. The album cover has also been redesigned down to the smallest details for this deluxe version, to which a bonus remix has been added. Degiheugi himself revisited one of his very first flagship tracks "Un jour de printemps" for the occasion. Originally very downtempo, he offers a new version that now takes on soul and afrobeats accents accompanied by gleaming brass with highlife sonorities.
