There is no need to introduce this legendary band, pioneers of Hard Rock. Yet when Ian Gillan and Roger Glover decide to leave the band in 1973, DEEP PURPLE enters the most exciting and most extreme lineup of its career. David Coverdale (future superstar with his own band WHITESNAKE), bassist Glenn Hughes, then guitarist Tommy Bolin join the band.
