Pablo Auguste and Kilian "K2" Rebreyend form De Phase. Seasoned members of numerous jazz-funk-soul bands and groups, the two young musicians decided in 2021 to start their first duo project: the result of their background and their electronic aspirations. Initially conceived for live performance, De Phase was born on stage and grew through touring all over France. Very quickly, whether in front of an audience or in the studio, the duo received unanimous acclaim. "Bonjour" is the fruit of these years spent touring, revitalizing jazz, funk, and soul, and frequenting studios either solo or for other artists. The first contribution to their discography, "Bonjour" is a 10-track album that formalizes their unique hybrid sound: a deliberate encounter between the filtered-offbeat house of Max Graef and all the fervor of the new British jazz and R&B scene. An album that also marks this convergence between the stage and the studio; acoustic and electronic.
