Sixth studio album of the formidable songwriting duo DBA, formed by Geoff Downes and Chris Braide. Drawing on the rich musical heritage of Downes and Braide to create highly accessible progressive rock. Vocal duo with Marc Almond (Soft Cell, etc.) on the track "Juliet." Vocal duo with Emmi on the track "Love & Loss." Visuals designed and painted by the legendary Roger Dean - famous for his graphic masterpieces for Yes, Asia, and Focus - with the collaboration of Mike Inns. Also available on CD/Atmos. These songs have emerged from the faults. "Trauma" evokes the ghosts we inherit, the wounds we hide, and the light that still manages to find its way through. Ultimately, this is not an album about suffering, but about survival.
