Plight & Premonition Flux & Mutability

Description

David Sylvian and Holger Czukay deliver two albums between ambient and improvisational music. "Plight & Premonition" and "Flux & Mutability" are two albums recorded in the 80s by David Sylvian and Can bassist Holger Czukay. These albums are based on instability. Their meanings are common, experiencing improvisation. This first nocturnal session in Can's studio began unconsciously, or at least without initial knowledge of where the music might lead, with Sylvian enjoying the opportunity to play the harmonium while Czukay played orchestral samples through analogue machines. These two albums, combined into one for the first time, feature piano sounds and flute samples, from which a great spontaneity also emanates.
