Dialogue de sourds

Description

The exceptional participation of Mighty Diamonds, Jah Mason and General Levy on this second album by Danakil had the effect of an electric shock on the French Reggae scene. A powerful style, with ever more committed lyrics, continues to forge DANAKIL’s protest identity throughout the twelve tracks of this new opus. The album moves between Reggae Roots and modern sounds and continues to observe and denounce the flaws of a society in full evolution. A true musical testimony, “Dialogue de Sourd” remains faithful to the outspoken and committed style that made the success of its first album. Several collaborations with leading artists from the international Reggae scene are featured among the tracks: thus, there is the participation of the mythical trio Mighty Diamonds, the English MC General Levy, as well as the Jamaican singer Jah Mason.
