Cubzoa is the new solo project from Penelope Isles’ talented Jack Wolter. In between world tours as CMAT's guitarist, Jack has spent the last two years writing and recording his debut solo album, set for release on October 24, 2025, via Bella Union.
Jack Wolter is an English musician and producer based in Brighton, UK, who writes music and creates visuals under the name Cubzoa. Jack is also a member of the band Penelope Isles and guitarist for CMAT. His music and visuals evoke intimacy and delicacy, often exploring personal and melancholic themes. Described as a blend of folk, electronic, and sun-drenched bedroom pop, Cubzoa's upcoming album showcases a fusion of textured guitar, shimmering electronics, and live visuals that immerse audiences in a captivating soundscape. Self-produced at Bella Union Studio and mixed by Graham Walsh (Holy Fuck), Cubzoa’s debut LP will be released on Bella Union Recordings in late 2025.
