TÔT OU TARD 25 ANS

Description

It’s like a parade in which the artists of a label celebrating its 25th anniversary are marching by. A quarter of a century that has gone by so fast you have to pinch yourself when you look at the dates. 1996-2021. Alone, in duos, and sometimes even all together, they came to bear witness to their attachment to the spirit of exchange and communion of Tôt Ou Tard. The artists on Tôt Ou Tard therefore decided to swap their repertoires. Albin de la Simone covers Mathieu Boogaerts, who covers Franck Monnet when Albin is revisited by Cats on Trees, themselves covered by Shaka Ponk. Foé covers Vianney who covers Delerm, who covers Raphaelle Lannadère... In short, you get the idea, a chain reaction. This is not a best of, it’s even better because it’s unreleased material that has the scent of the familiar, with that unique musical coloring.
