This third installment marks the final chapter in the spiritual quest of Cochemea, a saxophonist and composer deeply connected to his indigenous roots. Through *Ancestros Futuros*, he continues his exploration of the links between music, memory, and ancestry, in a journey that is both intimate and universal. Surrounded by a loyal octet featuring New York percussionists and musicians from the Daptone Rhythm Section, Cochemea delivers an album recorded live on 8-track analog tape, under the guidance of producer Gabriel Roth (aka Bosco Mann). The raw and organic process enhances the ritualistic and immersive dimension of the project. At the crossroads of spiritual jazz, shamanic funk, and revisited indigenous traditions, *Ancestros Futuros* weaves a hybrid sonic narrative, between past and future.
