Young. Brunette. Deep, confident voice. Clara Luciani is the singer-songwriter behind a debut album that went platinum in September 2019. Her songs pierce the heart like fiery arrows. Here is the re-release of the album with 5 new tracks.
Clara Luciani has a gift for songwriting, capable of transforming personal stories into universal truths. Alternately feline and passionate (Eddy, Monstre d'Amour), introspective and elusive (Les Fleurs, Dors, On ne Meurt pas d'Amour, Mon ombre), feminine and feminist (La Grenade, Drôle d'Époque, Nue), vindictive and vehement (La Dernière Fois, Comme toi), this young woman has character. As a versatile and demanding musician, she entrusted the production and arrangements of her first album, as well as these new tracks, to Ambroise Willaume (SAGE, Revolver, Woodkid), Benjamin Lebeau (The Shoes, Julien Doré, Raphael), and Yuksek (remixer for Lykke Li, Lana Del Rey, Brigitte). A special guest joined her on "Qu'est-ce que t'es beau" in the person of Katerine, bringing his characteristic quirkiness to this adaptation of "Qu'est-ce que t'es belle," originally sung by Marc Lavoine and Catherine Ringer.
