Baroque pop and musical tragicomedy, CLAIRE DITERZI has been cultivating an eminently transmusical approach for more than 20 years. Last year, LeMonde also described her as the “pioneer” among all the musicians who are now working to “break the sound barrier” and bring their music into contact with the other performing arts. This 8th album is thus a new unidentified sonic (and stage) object: the 12 songs that make up L'arbre en poche in fact form the soundtrack to the eponymous show, which she wrote and directed. A show whose message is above all a manifesto against the damage humans inflict on their environment.
