Cek Franceschetti is a musician who has followed his own path, traveling through his spiritual and musical homeland, America, and returning with a suitcase full of Blues, Folk, and Rock n' Roll. The result is the album "Mr Red." Recorded in February 2024 at Monolith Studio in Brescia, Italy, and mixed at Poddighe Studio in Brescia, Italy. Cek Franceschetti's long experience with his fellow troubadours "The Stompers" led to the decision to create a record dedicated to the roots of the raw sound of the Delta. The title track "Mr Red" is a heartfelt tribute to the great bluesman Louisiana Red. These musicians draw from African American roots, but their songs regularly express a "European" influence. The new album gives birth to eleven original songs and includes a reimagined version of "Thirteen Days" by J.J. Cale.
