Description
Carter Tanton has been performing and recording music since he was 15. Over the years, Carter has toured and recorded with a wide range of artists, including Marissa Nadler, Strand of Oaks, Lower Dens, and The War on Drugs. In 2012, he assembled Freeclouds, his first collection of songs for Western Vinyl. A few years later, he moved to England, where he wrote all the songs for his second solo album, Jettison the Valley, which featured vocal contributions from Marissa Nadler and Sharon Van Etten. After shelving two versions of the album, Carter Tanton broke free from the grip technology had on him to deliver a new, stripped-down, and surprisingly hypnotic self-titled album with his Martin D-18 guitar.Buy Carter Tanton at the best price
